This coming Monday is Labor Day and unofficially closes out the summer. Many will be out and about and possibly away for the weekend. Please remember to secure your homes while not drawing attention to your absence. This includes social media posts. If you choose to stick around there are several free family-friendly community events happening within the District. See event flyers on pages 38-40. As a friendly reminder, next Tuesday is the monthly Community Safety Meeting at 5pm and will be held IN PERSON at Bayview Police Station. Please refer to page 2 for more information.
